When my son and I initially came to Mr Rodbell, my son was not very focused and struggled; but Mr Rodbell kept engaging and motivating him ...now 3 years later at age 12 my son is doing fabulous in drums: he is very focused and looks forward each week to his lesson with Mr Rodbell

Larry and Daniel Glass came to our school and gave a great presentation to the entire 3rd through 6th grades. Their presentation was engaging and educational and all the students had a blast listening to and participating in music from different ereas. I highly recommend having Larry come to your school for a clinic or workshop, your students will not be disappointed!

I met Larry Rodbell at a PASIC convention in Austin, TX. After reading his website in the lessons section, I couldn’t agree more with everything he talks about on his site about learning how to become a good drummer. Larry is right on target.

Larry’s Textures and Tones clinic was awesome! He challenged both young and old musicians to be more creative behind their drumset by thinking outside the box. Each and every person in attendance took something new away from the clinic, including myself!

When I’m in a room with Larry Rodbell, one word comes to mind – Integrity. He integrates knowledge with heart. He integrates technique with feel. He integrates street smarts with timeless wisdom. What more could anyone want when studying or performing with a musician? If you’re in the same room with Larry, you’ll see what I mean! Thanks Larry for doing what you do. We all benefit from your integrity!

BS&M Entertainment/Attraction Band - Richmond, VA
Larry is a real pro – his standard of musicianship is higher than high and he came into our band on short notice and nailed the gig. We are not an easy band to just play with. There are 9 pieces and the music ranges from jazz to hip-hop to rock. Larry was able to navigate these styles with ease. I would be remiss not to mention that he is a great guy as well.
